How long does it take to process my order? 

As all products are printed and handmade to order, please allow for our production time below.

Framed canvas print: 10-15 working days

You should also allow an extra 1-2 days for shipping within New Zealand, 2-3 days to Australia and North America, 3-4 days to Europe.

What do I do if I want to return an item?

Head to our returns page and if eligible we'll get the problem sorted. 

The print I wanted is not listed for sale?

If you would like to licence or purchase an image that can't be found on the website, please don't hesitate to email us on info@naturesque.shop

Can I select another type of wood?

Our local supplier has a vast array of exotic timber ready on hand. Should your preferred species be available we will be more than happy to arrange a custom frame.

Please keep in mind that we cannot offer returns/exchanges on custom made frames.

Can Naturesque manufacture custom made frames?

Please email us to discuss this further. Depending on the design, size and tools required for the job we will determine whether we are best suited for your project.
