Returns
My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
No worries! Take a picture of the damaged part(s) and send it to info@naturesque.shop. Based on what's damaged you will receive a new product or a full refund.
Product is not damaged but I want to return it. What do I do?
Please contact us at info@naturesque.shop and we will review your return. In this case, you pay for the shipping costs.
How long do I have to return a product?
On your products arrival, you have 10 days to return.
What are my next steps in the return process?
To start a return contact us at info@naturesque.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new product.
